All workshops are client-driven and custom designed to your issues. We do not offer public "one-size-fits-all" generic workshops. All workshops also include on-camera presentations / media interviews with follow-on critique (the most popular part of our training).
Workshops are conducted in full and half-day sessions. Half-day sessions can be combined to one full day. Call or e-mail for half-day rates.

We prefer to conduct training in small group settings of 6 - 10 persons. This allows for more dynamic interaction and multiple on-camera presentations and thus ensures that each participant receives the full benefits of the training experience. Rather than inflate the price of a workshop to accommodate larger numbers (and diminishing the effectiveness of the training) we are happy to conduct additional workshops at reduced rates to maintain class size integrity. Executive training is generally one-on-one but can include one or two additional persons.
Rates for individual on-site refresher training vary, but are generally a fraction of the preliminary course. Consultation via phone (including video link up) or email for one-year following the workshop is included at no additional charge.
One Year Free Follow Up
Consultation for upcoming media interviews or other presentations via phone, Skype video link, or e-mail for one year following the workshop is included at no additional charge.
Travel, etc.
We are happy to come to you and conduct training at your location and at your convenience. Additional expenses such as travel, off-site conference center (if required), hotel, etc., may apply but are billed at pass-through rates. Discounts may also be applied for multiple sessions (3 or more), long-term contracts, and public safety and other non-profit organizations.
Materials
All exercises and materials including media training and / or presentation skills & speech dynamics workbooks, plus a DVD of participants' presentations are included in the program fees.
Terms - Payment & Rescheduling
A fifty percent deposit is required to reserve a workshop date with the balance due on day of workshop. Deposits are non-refundable, however we understand conflicts do arise and will be happy to reschedule with proper notice. Program changes with less than 14 days notice may incur additional expense (travel, other reservations, etc.). Substitution of participants is acceptable at any time prior to the workshop.
Facilities & Equipment
We provide all the equipment necessary to present our training workshops including laptop computer for presentation and playback of various video clips, projection unit (or may use yours if you have one permanently installed), professional-quality video camera, lighting, wireless microphones and DVD's for each workshop.
We request a conference room or other training center equipped with a lectern, television set/monitor or video projection system with sound, devoid of distraction, and of sufficient space to conduct mock interviews or deliver presentations. If you prefer to conduct training off-site, another conference / meeting center can be arranged and billed at pass-through rate.
Registration & Confirmation
To register by email, please include names of participants, information about company products or services and type of training requested.
Upon confirmation we will forward preliminary questionnaires to be completed by each participant that will enable us to assess each person's strengths and weaknesses, experience, and goals to better design your workshop.
Tax Deductions
Most educational expenses and endeavors to improve professional skills are tax deductible to include course fees, travel, accommodations, meals, etc. Please check with your accounting department or tax advisor for specific information and guidelines.
